As a Collection Assistant, you will be responsible for contacting clients regarding their outstanding accounts and assisting them in settling their payment obligations. You will negotiate payment arrangements, monitor payment commitments, and maintain accurate records of all communications and account updates.



You will also coordinate with internal teams, prepare basic reports, and ensure that all collection activities are conducted professionally, ethically, and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
