**About the role**:
As a Collection Officer, you will play an important role in negotiating and implementing solutions for our **Finnish** customers experiencing financial challenges. You will be part of a dedicated team and work closely with the debt collection process to ensure appropriate actions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
