Opening hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:30 and occasional Saturdays 09:00-13:00

Join us as a Debt Collection Negotiator.
You'll be part of a supportive, target-driven team where you'll work towards clear goals while delivering great service to our clients. Day to day, you'll be speaking with customers over the phone-both inbound and outbound-gathering the right information to help create realistic and fair repayment plans. You'll also be negotiating settlements, identifying when someone might be in a vulnerable situation, and making sure they get the right support.
