Job Responsibilities - Contact customers with overdue accounts via calls and emails
- Negotiate repayment solutions and drive successful recoveries
- Conduct research to trace hard-to-reach customers
- Manage repossession and remarketing of vehicles
- Ensure collection targets and quality standards are met
- Support process improvements and handle ad-hoc duties
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or default management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
