A leading organisation in Silverwater are seeking a Credit/Collections Officer who thrives on collections, enjoys building rapport with internal and external stakeholders, and wants genuine variety in their day.

This role sits within an established, supportive team and reports to the Credit Manager. While collections is the core focus, you’ll be cross‑trained across all areas of credit, giving you exposure to banking, allocations, new accounts, credit reviews, and broader AR processes.

Collections activity — outbound/inbound calls and email follow‑up across your ledger

Banking and allocations — ensuring accurate daily processing
