RESPONSIBILITIES

: The College Access Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the direction and operation of the TRIO programs. The College Access Coordinator will implement policies and procedures related to the program objectives and curriculum. The College Access Coordinator will monitor participants’ progress throughout the grant year. The incumbent identifies and selects eligible applicants for participation in the TRIO programs. The incumbent develops and maintains an outreach schedule into multiple counties for the purpose of informing community agencies and prospective adult participants about programs of postsecondary education, careers, student financial aid and to provide assistance with completing admission applications, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form and scholarship forms.
