RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting of yearly financial objectives and their monitoring during the year, anticipating risks and opportunities, and advising the areas to achieve targets and contribute to Combat profit and loss accounts (KPIs: P&L, Cost Base, Workload, Headcount, Hourly Rate, Productivity, Headcount).
• Preparing relevant financial information and assessing the decision making.
• Leading OP and Forecasts processes, following the company guidelines and translating them into operative plannings for short and long term; consolidating productive hours volume, evolution analysis, headcount dimensioning needs, and calculating impacts to Combat.
