Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational policies to ensure consistent service standards
• Prepare and manage budgets, actively monitoring departmental revenues and operating expenses
• Direct staff operations and establish work schedules to ensure optimal coverage
• Oversee maintenance activities, coordinating repairs and upkeep to ensure property quality and safety
• Negotiate facility usage with clients for meetings and group functions
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement to secure cost-effective procurement of supplies
