Leasing & Occupancy Management
Drive end-to-end leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets across the assigned area
Identify, source, and secure tenants including corporate accounts, BPOs, and commercial occupiers
Lead site presentations, lease negotiations, and deal structuring in coordination with leasing stakeholders
Track market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing benchmarks to refine leasing strategies
