Position

Our company is seeking an experienced Commercial Business Development Manager with entrepreneurial drive to lead the continued growth of our commercial business throughout Colombia. This role will focus on expanding market share and developing new business opportunities for AVE's portfolio, including Shure, Harman Professional, Netgear, Sharp, and Unilumin.

Working closely with AVE's Miami headquarters, our manufacturer partners, and our dealer network, you will identify and develop commercial projects, drive specification activity, and strengthen channel relationships. This position reports directly to the President in Miami.
