Job Summary

• The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations at the business. This includes the supervision of preparation of all stock and ensuring stock is delivered to all restaurants On Time per company standards

Qualification Required & Experience

• Experience in managing large-scale food production

• Experience in kitchen management, knowledge at HACCP, at least a degree in Hospitality Management and strong leadership and team management skills
