Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for interior commercial construction projects in the NYC metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all on-site personnelReview and verify accuracy of architectural plans and field conditionsCoordinate with Project Manager on schedule planning and logisticsOrganize weekly meetings with subs, vendors, and design teamEnsure timely delivery and secure storage of materialsSubmit daily reports; escalate issues impacting schedule or budgetEnforce safety protocols, site regulations, and quality standardsResolve site personnel issues and labor disputesObtain final punch list sign-off from clients/architects Requirements:
