Commercial Credit Manager

An opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Credit Underwriter or Manager to step into a role that offers real influence and variety across a growing lending portfolio for an Australian digital bank.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay close to deals, partner with the business and play a genuine role in shaping outcomes. It also presents an opportunity for a senior commercial underwriter to step up into a leadership role.

The role:

• End-to-end ownership of commercial credit decisioning across a range of transactions up to $5m in exposure

• Leading and developing a small credit team, ensuring strong output and consistency

• Working closely with BDMs, brokers and internal teams to structure and progress deals

• Ongoing oversight of portfolio quality, including reviews and risk management
