Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Electrical Foreman** for commercial projects throughout Maryland. The pay range is $28.00 - $40.00+ per hour, depending on experience. All journeyman electricians are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

**Job Duties**

+ Lead electricians, apprentices, and laborers on-site.
+ Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site electrical operations.
+ Coordinate with project managers, prefabrication, and design teams.
+ Develop and adhere to project timelines.
+ Organize and coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower.
