Perform commercial responsibilities (including costing and sales) for maintenance tasks related to clients vessels and assets.
Produce accurate, realistic, and timely quotations and cost estimates for inquiries and job requests from clients. Coordinate with SRM/Production teams for awarded jobs.
Identify and engage subcontractors for specialized and labor-intensive tasks.
Facilitate communication between the owner's representative and yard Production regarding job quotations.
Maintain monthly records of contract‑out job statuses for maintenance orders. Manage the registration of new subcontractors in the system and update their status as required.
Generate subcontractor work orders upon confirmation of purchase orders from clients. Collaborate with SRM/Production teams on jobs awarded by clients.
