**Strategic Commercial Leadership & Governance**

+ **Commercial Pipeline Oversight:** Provide end-to-end financial leadership for the Americas commercial pipeline, including LTSA, transactional sales, parts, repairs, and upgrade programs.
+ **Deal Governance & Strategy:** Act as a gatekeeper for Delegation of Authority (DOA), ensuring all deal structures remain competitive, aligned with global strategy, and meet segment-wide profitability and risk thresholds.
