Job Description

This individual is responsible for supporting various loan originations systems. Essential Functions• Ensure accuracy while meeting the established service level agreements and benchmarks• Ensure total document and data integrity attributes to comply with CECL data points• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with exemplary customer service in the established time frame• Collaborate with key strategic partners as needed (i.e. Third party vendors, Compliance, Legal, Credit, and Lending departments)• Provide support for system releases and testing of new products and services; troubleshoot issues and challenges that arise• Lead any acquisition activities as needed• Remain current on relevant system enhancements and updates• Maintain updates to department procedures and user guides• Serve as back-up in the absence of the department manager• ...
