Position Overview
The Jr. HR Business Partner will provide operational support to enable the delivery of HR projects. The role ensures that HR processes, initiatives, and employee-related activities for the business are implemented
efficiently.
Duration: 1 year
Key responsibilities:
+ Supporting engagement activities, and other leadership interventions, and HR initiatives across the BU
+ Monitoring employee movements and maintaining position management accuracy, including documentation, system updates, and tracking
+ Managing headcount and vacancies, including headcount tracking, vacancy monitoring, and reporting
+ Coordinating talent and workforce processes, such as hiring, calibration preparation, and action plan tracking
