About the Role

This position is a core member of the Commercial Learning and Development Team in Endoscopy EMEA.

The candidate will provide analytical, organizational and administrative support to the Commercial Learning and Development Managers and Specialists, helping deliver key strategic priorities for EMEA. This position offers broad cross‑functional exposure and close collaboration with colleagues at EMEA, Integral and Country level. Communication and collaboration conducted mostly in English language.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administration and logistics of EMEA divisional training meetings: meetings registration and approval; purchase orders; training rooms booking and set‑up, materials sourcing, accommodation, food and beverage, and meeting surveys.
