Commercial Lending Specialist
Must be local, onsite role in Kalispell MT.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lending Specialist to support our commercial loan team. In this role, you will assist with processing loan applications, preparing disclosures, and ensuring a smooth and accurate lending experience for members.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare and process commercial loan disclosures and closing documents
Set up and maintain commercial loan files, input loan data, and book loans
Assist Loan Officers with account maintenance, extensions, modifications, and documentation
Coordinate appraisals, credit reports, flood certifications, and title insurance
