About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Assistant to support the account management workflow. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong administrative support experience and proficiency in EPIC broker management system.
This position includes working on a book of business in a supportive team and management environment in which knowledge is shared and development encouraged!
What You’ll Do
Executing insurance certificates, auto liability slips, binders, statements of values, proposals, and processing of client documents (endorsements and policies) within timelines aligned with established service standardsMaintaining an effective abeyance system aligned with established service standardsSetting up clients and prospects into brokerage management system Epic and Certificate ExchangeLoading Policy and Underwriting Information into EpicUpdating rate/premium histories and premium comparisons;...
