Commercial Litigation Associate (#1037) - Costa Mesa
Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking an associate with four to six years of experience to join the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in our Costa Mesa office. This associate will have the opportunity to work in all phases of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, from pleading through trial and appeal. This position would involve significant responsibility over pending cases, in-court experience and active trial and motion work. Specifically, this associate will handle the following types of tasks for complex litigation matters:

- Discovery
- Oral advocacy
- Brief writing
- Motion practice
- Depositions
- Research
- Trial preparation

The following qualifications are required:
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
- Four to six years of complex commercial litigation experience;
