The Role

We are looking for a highly organized Litigation Clerk with 5+ years experience, to take primary responsibility for the procedural and evidentiary management of our files. Working directly with our principal and associates to ensure all litigation steps are carried out properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procedural schedules and complex court filings under the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Manage the identification, collection, and organization of electronic documentary evidence.
• Prepare comprehensive briefs, motion records, and electronic materials for motions/applications, trials, arbitrations, and appeals.
• Draft pleadings, documents lists, and bills of costs with minimal supervision.
