Deliverables

• Market engagement – planning; identification of required documents and their authors; recommendations; and engaging suppliers under a CCS Framework.
• Procurement – production of documents needed for the Invitation to Tender, commercial approvals, contract award and contract management.
• Contract Management: Commercial advice, guidance, support and point of escalation for BAU contracts.
