Commercial Planning & S&OP Lea*dership
Lea*d the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial objectives.Establish and drive an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework across the organization.Partner closely with the GM and functional lea*ders to support strategic business decisions.Develop planning capabilities, processes, KPIs, and governance for a rapidly growing organization.Provide visibility and recommendations on sales forecasts, inventory risks, business opportunities, and supply constraints.
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Own the end-to-end demand planning process across all channels, including Retail, E-Commerce, Marketplace, and Wholesale.Develop accurate sales forecasts at category, product, and channel levels.Continuously improve forecast accuracy and demand planning methodologies.Co...
