Salary Structure:

• Sales reps straight commission.

• Seasoned sales rep with a following of clients then we can possibly arrange a short-term salary for 6 months until they get up and running with their clients.

• The temporary salary will be directly related to their current sales.

If they are selling $1,000,000 a year, then their commission on those sales will be from $80,000 a year to $100,000 a year. The salary would be a sliding scale for 6 months starting at around $4,000 per month and reducing as their sales each month ...
