The attorney will advise clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, financing, development, zoning, and land use matters. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts and closing documents, coordinating with lenders, title companies, surveyors and municipal authorities, resolving title and boundary issues, and managing closings. Must provide practical, business-focused legal counsel to owners, developers, lenders, investors, and tenants, while supporting litigation and dispute-resolution efforts as needed.
