Real Estate Lawyer – Commercial Real Estate, Toronto, Ontario

We are currently seeking Commercial Real Estate Lawyers to work with municipalities on matters related to commercial real estate management and funding of real estate ventures.

Responsibilities

• Work with and advise corporate clients directly regarding commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale of commercial property, acquisitions of business with a real estate component, development, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and negotiate leases, amendments, assignments, and renewals.
• Assist with portfolio management and due diligence review, including environmental assessments.

Qualifications

• Based in Ontario with active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario real estate laws.
