Roofing Estimator

The Commercial Roofing Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial roofing projects. This role works closely with clients, suppliers, project managers, and operational teams to ensure all pricing, materials, labour, and project requirements are correctly assessed and documented.

Salary Range: $90k – $130k depending on experience

• Commercial roofing installations
• Re-roofing and refurbishment works
• Industrial roofing projects
• Maintenance and repair tenders
• Remote and Perth local projects
