Innovative Roofing Systems is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our Service Division. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in showing up, working hard, learning fast, and being part of a team that does quality work the right way.

You do not need to be a roofing expert to apply. Roofing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person-especially someone who is reliable, motivated, and ready to work.

What You'll Do

• Identify, troubleshoot, and assist in repairing roof leaks and water intrusion issues
• Work alongside a skilled team to complete service work safely and efficiently
• Travel/Drive to job sites in company vehicles
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic technology in the field
• Help deliver a high level of service and professionalism to our customers
