Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Commercial Talent Acquisition Partner (Director-Level Hiring) for their Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment for Director-level and senior commercial and delivery roles, from stakeholder intake through to offer negotiation and close.
+ Build and nurture passive candidate pipelines through proactive, personalized outreach and long-term relationship building, rather than reactive job-board sourcing.
+ Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor, shaping role definition, market expectations, and hiring strategy.
+ Run structured, competency-based assessment aligned to our leadership competency framework, ensuring consistency and rigour across senior hiring decisions.
