Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Commercial Title Officer to join to join the nation's largest title insurance company. This role is critical in the post-production phase, ensuring files are fully cleared, compliant, and ready to close while supporting both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Manage title files after production is completed, taking ownership through final clearance and delivery
 • Review and resolve title objection letters, working directly with clients to clear outstanding items
 • Examine and validate entity documentation (LLCs, corporations, trusts, etc.) to ensure compliance and readiness for approval
 • Analyze documentation and issue title endorsements, including performing approval decisioning
 • Serve as a key point of contact for attorneys, lenders, and brokers, providing clear communication and updates throughout the process
