We are looking for an experienced Commercial Transactions Attorney to support clients with sophisticated business agreements and strategic commercial matters at a boutique law firm in New York. This role is suited for a lawyer who can independently guide transactions from initial planning through execution while also providing practical counsel on governance, risk, and operational issues. T


Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial matters from initial strategy through execution, overseeing workflow and providing direction to entry-level attorneys and support staff.

Prepare, revise, and negotiate key transaction and commercial documents, including:

+ Supply agreements and contracts for the sale of critical goods and services

+ Joint venture, teaming, and strategic alliance agreements

+ Standard contract terms and conditions

+ License and technology agreements
