We’re hiring a Commis I responsible for daily prep and executing dishes during service. This role requires someone who can move from prep to line seamlessly—consistent, fast, and in control during service.
Role You will prepare ingredients, maintain mise en place, and cook/assemble menu items during service to a consistent standard.
Responsibilities - Execute daily prep (vegetables, sauces, spreads, fillings, etc.)
- Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
- Maintain complete mise en place before service
- Cook and assemble dishes during service
- Ensure consistency, portioning, and presentation standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service flow
