As a Commis I at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will support the kitchen brigade in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes in line with luxury brand standards. You will assist in your assigned section, ensuring mise-en-place is completed efficiently and service runs smoothly.

Food Preparation Support

• Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping, portioning, and basic cooking tasks.
• Support the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie in daily mise-en-place.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines accurately.
• Assist in basic cooking and plating under supervision.
