Prepare the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operations of the Pastry kitchen in coordination with the Chef de Partie as required
Assist in the preparation and assembly of pastry items, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and presentation standards
Communicate to the Chef de Cuisine and Chef de Partie any updates on the operation, external or internal customer comments, and other relevant information to ensure the smooth operation of the section
Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the Chef de Partie
