The Commis 3 Pastry supports the pastry team in preparing and producing high-quality desserts pastries and bakery items. This is an entry-level position focused on learning maintaining basic production tasks and ensuring consistency in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment.
Assist in the preparation of basic pastry items such as doughs batters creams sauces and garnishes.
Support Chef de Partie/Pastry Cook in the creation of desserts for buffets Γ la carte banquets and room service.
Follow standard recipes portion controls and production schedules.
Help with baking assembling and finishing pastry products under supervision.
Ensure all pastry items meet hotel quality and presentation standards.
