Royal Catering is actively seeking highly resilient Commis Chefs to handle mass-volume food production across premium events and remote industrial camps in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for executing bulk recipes under strict hygiene standards.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a high-volume hotel banqueting kitchen or remote industrial catering camp.
• Valid ADAFSA Essential Food Safety Training (EFST) certification is highly preferred.
• Exceptional physical stamina to endure 12-hour shifts in hot environments and lift heavy bulk ingredients.
