About the Position
As a Casual Commis Chef, you will be part of the Arts Centre Melbourne kitchen team, preparing and presenting high-quality food across restaurants, cafés and event venues. Working under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, you will ensure food is produced to recipe standards, contribute to menu development, maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene practices, and support efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of venues while helping deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.
Multiple Casual Roles, Band 1.2 $35.39 per hour (included casual loading) + 12% superannuation
