Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated Commis de Cuisine to join our professional kitchen team.

Organization – Park Hyatt Zurich

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare mise en place for both cold and hot kitchen sections.
  • Assist in the preparation and production of dishes for à la carte service, banquets, and buffets.
  • Work across all areas of the kitchen operation.
  • Support product and goods quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Handle food products and kitchen equipment responsibly.
  • Assist Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
  • Support and guide culinary apprentices when required.
