Client of Reap HR in Al Ain, UAE, is seeking a motivated Commis II Chef to assist senior chefs in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while upholding kitchen hygiene and HACCP standards.

You will support section chefs, handle mise en place, prep sauces and garnishes, ensure portion control and consistent presentation, monitor stock, and help during busy service in a professional kitchen that offers visa, medical insurance, accommodation and meals.
