Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IBMS projects From Design to Communication planning, scheduling and monitoring.
  • Handle IBMS systems such as BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, VMS, and other ELV systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project Execution.
  • Review project drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements.
  • Ensure project completion within time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Supervise site engineers and subcontractors at project sites.
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation
  • Manage issue resolution, change management, and risk mitigation.
  • Support project closure activities.
