Overview

This high‑profile leadership role requires strong commissioning expertise, programme management capability and a sound understanding of partnership working, employment pathways and inclusion. The incumbent will lead Birmingham’s Connect to Work Programme, a system‑wide programme supporting young people and adults with disabilities and/or complex barriers to secure sustainable employment. The contract is 23 months with the programme expected to continue until March 2030.
