The Commissioning Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all commissioning activities for the Combined Cycle Power Plant by the EPC Contractor (CCPP) to ensure safe, timely, and successful start-up and performance testing in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
