Commissioning Program & Data EngineerThe Commissioning Program & Data Engineer is responsible for turning the commissioning and OFCI effort into a controlled, data driven program. This role maintains the commissioning plan and L level matrix, tracks test execution and defects, and produces meaningful status and analytics that give leadership and owners a clear view of readiness and risk while capturing data to improve future projects.

What You Will Be Working On

Own the commissioning plan and matrix: systems, levels (L1–L3, track L4 & L5), responsibilities, and status.

Track execution of tests and commissioning milestones, ensuring that reported progress reflects actual test results and readiness, not just scheduled activities.

Maintain structured issue logs for commissioning and OFCI, assigning owners, deadlines, and tracking closure.
