Responsibilities
Review and implement the overall commissioning strategy, execution plan, and procedures developed by CONTRACTOR. Define systemization, turnover philosophy, and commissioning sequencing aligned with project milestones. Ensure early integration of commissioning requirements into engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE requirements. Oversee pre-commissioning activities including mechanical completion, flushing, cleaning, and testing.
