Originate, structure, negotiate, and execute innovative renewable PPAs, route-to-market agreements, and flexibility solutions across solar, wind, and BESS projects, helping shape the future energy landscape in Italy
Develop structured and risk-balanced commercial and hedging structures for renewable and storage assets, while building long-term partnerships with generators, utilities, investors, and corporate energy buyers
Lead complex negotiations end-to-end and coordinate with Trading, Risk, Structuring, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to transform ideas into executable and value-creating transactions
