Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Communal Cleaner / Estate Cleaner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous cleaning or housing sector experience who takes pride in maintaining high standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out cleaning duties within communal entrances, stairwells, corridors, bin stores, and other designated areas.

* Undertake a variety of cleaning tasks including:

Sweeping and vacuuming
Washing floors, walls, ceilings and doors
Cleaning fixtures and fittings
Internal window cleaning (including the safe use of ladders where required)
Litter picking
Graffiti removal
Carpet cleaning
Erecting signs and notice boards when required* Complete all work to a high standard and in accordance with cleaning specifications and Health & Safety requirements.
