Position Overview
The incumbent in this position is responsible for all receptionist, communication and clerical functions on the nursing unit.
Demonstrate ability to provide continuous quality services. Adheres to all safety and health regulations and demonstrates safe work practices. Accept and work within the framework of the Hospital's philosophy, objectives and policies. Facilitate communication both written and verbal intra and interdepartmentally. Maintain records and reports. Transcribe physician orders as required. Facilitate good public relations intra and interdepartmentally. Maintain recording and audit systems designated by the Program Manager. Order supplies as required or requested. Initiate requisitions as necessary or as requested.
