Reporting to the Office Manager, as theCommunication Coordinator, you create and deliver multi-channel reminders, educational updates, and builder-directed critical notices. You also collect and analyze homeowner feedback and satisfaction data to produce actionable reports on homeowner experience and build quality that supports the serviceQ team’s continuous improvement efforts.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
